MISSION
Ø The K. L. S. College inspires, prepares, and empowers students to succeed in the ever changing world.
Ø We inspire students to learn and to develop as whole people: intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
Ø We inspire students to continue learning throughout life.
Ø We prepare and empower students to be successful by helping them develop the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to enter or progress within the work force or to transfer to a four-year institution, and to adapt and thrive in our increasingly diverse and ever-changing world.
K. L. S. College has a very flair, simple and clear vision and mission to fulfill the need of students, teachers and the society. At the same time we are facing huge scarcity of permanent teaching posts and financial crisis for infrastructural, ICT and sports facilities development.

FUTURE PLAN
We have the various strategic future plan to strengthen the academic infrastructure and sustainable development of our key stakeholders.
1. Commencement of IGONU study center at K.L.S College(Under Process)
2. Skill development courses under Skill Development Mission, Govt. of India (Under Process)
3. To start short-term certificate and diploma level interdisciplinary programme.
4. To initiate PG courses in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Philosophy and commerce.
5. To start MCA and MBA on approval of M.U and AICTE.
6. To develop a server based computer lab with latest educational technologies for the training of teaching and non-teaching employee.
FUNDING
The K.L.S. College has different source of financial aid and funds. Some of the prominent sources are:
* University Grant Commission, New Delhi.
* Magadh University, Bodh Gaya
* Self financing courses fund
* College Development Fund
* Funds sanctioned and released by State Govt. of Bihar for different sorts of Welfare schemes and infrastructural development.
